Active in a wide variety of musical styles and projects, reputed Juno-nominated bassist, producer, and composer Marc Rogers is the bass line behind BigDay. Well-known for his distinguished electric and acoustic bass playing, Marc’s sought-after talent and verve has taken him around the world and he has worked with a diverse group of renowned artists including Rachel Platten, Nelly Furtado, Norah Jones, The Philosopher Kings, K’naan, Chantal Kreviazuk, Lionel Richie, Fefe Dobson and countless others. Marc has produced and written music for film and TV including Highlander, Journey to the Center of the Earth and the L Word, as well as ads for Samsung, Visa and Sears, and is currently endorsed by Yamaha, Eastwood Guitars and D’Addario strings. Marc’s breadth of industry experience producing and performing in multiple genres makes for the versatile and radio-quality professional production that BigDay prides itself on.
